The „German Jazz Masters – Old Friends“ are nothing less than a German jazz super group. The all-star formation distinguishes itself not only through perfect craftsmanship and an unbeatable routine – the five musicians are also close friends and get along fantastically off-stage and outside of the recording studio. You can feel and hear that. For this group of excellent musicians team spirit and the musical result are always more important than the solo spotlight. Together the quintet presents the wide field of jazz: from cool over free to fusion.
